For our client, a leading innovator in healthcare technology, we are seeking an EMEA Demand Planner to play a pivotal role in driving accurate demand forecasting and alignment across commercial, supply chain, and finance teams. In this position, you will support planning for cutting-edge medical technologies, including new product launches, lifecycle management, and integration of acquisitions. Your expertise will help optimize inventory, enhance service levels, and enable strategic decision-making while acting as the key liaison for EMEA commercial and customer service teams.

What will you do?:

  • ​​​​​​Ensure accurate forecasting: create and sustain demand forecasts by leveraging advanced analytics, market insights and historical data
  • Work together with other teams (sales, marketing, finance, customer service) to harmonize forecasts and incorporate business insights
  • Take part in monthly S&OP meetings by delivering valuable demand insights and identifying potential risks and opportunities
  • Assist with new product launches
  • Oversee product lifecycles
  • Contribute to inventory planning strategies
  • Ensure accurate planning data in Kinaxis and Oracle, develop reports and dashboards to enable informed decision-making
  • Serve as the primary link between commercial and supply chain teams across EMEA, supporting regional and global planning initiatives  

 

Profil

Who are you?: 

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in management, business, supply chain or a relevant field
  • You have 3+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably in MedTech, Pharma, or FMCG
  • You speak fluently English (essential), additional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, Oracle ERP, and Kinaxis RR Planning
  • Organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • You have strong attention to detail and an analytic mindset, enabling precision across reporting and planning
  • You establish strong, credible relationships across teams and communicate complex information clearly
  • Anticipate potential challenges, analyse discrepancies, and implement effective solutions
