We are looking for a packer for a company in Ardooie:
- Packing fruit and vegetables
- Carrying out quality and freshness checks
- Filling crates with produce
- Helping with the processing of seasonal vegetables, currently mainly cabbages and leeks
Profil
What are we looking for in a packer?
- You are motivated and work with attention to detail
- You are not put off by physically demanding work (boxes weighing up to 12kg)
- You will be working in a cold environment (10°–18°)
- You’re looking for a long-term job with the prospect of a permanent contract
- Experience is an advantage, but not essential
- You speak Dutch, French or English fluently
Offre
The company offers you:
- Day shifts from 8 am to 4 pm
- Occasional shifts starting at 7 am or finishing at 5 pm (overtime paid at 150 per cent)
- An hourly wage of €15.87
- Meal vouchers worth €9.50 after 6 months
- A permanent contract following a successful 6-month probationary period
- 6 additional days off in lieu on top of statutory leave (39-hour week), to be taken at your convenience
