Biotech Process Operator

Your role and responsibilities
- Actively participate in aseptic and manual pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Work in cleanroom and laboratory environments in accordance with GMP standards.
- Perform production activities in controlled environments (Grade A/B/C/D), including spiking, media exchanges, cell culture activities and freezing of therapeutic products.
- Execute thorough cleaning and disinfection of materials and equipment.
- Support transitions between production zones, ensuring compliance and continuity.
Profil
This role is well suited for you if you:
- Hold a secondary education diploma with relevant hands-on pharmaceutical experience, or
- Are a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field, and preferably already have experience in cleanroom, pharmaceutical production or chemical environments.
In addition, you:
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and are motivated to make a meaningful difference for patients.
- Value structure, order and strict adherence to procedures, and are comfortable working in aseptic environments with sterile gowning.
- Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Enjoy working in team-based environments, have strong attention to detail and consistently follow procedures.
- Are enthusiastic about working with advanced and innovative technologies
Offre
- Interim contract: competitive salary, meal vouchers of €7 per worked day and shift premiums
- Permanent contract: additional benefits including group and hospitalisation insurance, €250 in eco vouchers per year and participation in the bonus system
- A 4-days-on / 4-days-off shift system, ensuring a healthy work-life balance
- You will work in a three-shift system, but you are willing to work across all eight of the following shifts:
6:00–16:00, 07:00-17:00, 08:00-18:00, 09:00-19:00, 10:00–20:00, 12:00–22:00, 14:00–00:00, 16:00–02:00 + future nightshift
- Shift premiums variable depending on the shift, and double remuneration for Sunday work.
- We have collective leave: 6 days in summer and 2 days in winter, so everyone can take a well-deserved break at the same time. You can schedule your remaining vacation days freely.
- After six months, depending on your performance, you may be offered a permanent contract
