As part of our Operations team, you’ll work with cutting-edge technologies and sterile processes, performing precise production steps that ensure patient safety and product quality.
Your day-to-day:
- Conducting aseptic and manual production tasks
- Working in cleanroom environments
- Handling cell cultures, media changes, spiking, and freezing therapeutic products
- Operating and maintaining equipment
- Cleaning and disinfecting materials
- Supporting production transitions
- Delivering safe, high-quality therapies to patients on time
Profil
- You’re eager to apply your scientific background and make a real impact on patients’ lives.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and are excited to keep learning and growing within advanced biomanufacturing.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, chemistry, agro- or life sciences and are ready to move from classroom to cutting-edge industry.
- You value structure and precision, and feel comfortable working in a sterile (aseptic) setting, wearing cleanroom gear.
- High-tech equipment and innovative processes spark your curiosity; you want to be part of what’s next.
- You communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
- You’re a team player with a strong eye for detail and understand the importance of following procedures carefully.
- You’re excited about a 4-days-on, 4-days-off schedule that supports both focus and work-life balance.
Offre
- Competitive salary with pathway to a permanent contract after a succesfull period of 6 months.
- Competitive salary, meal vouchers of €7/day, €250 ecocheques.
- Excellent work-life balance thanks to the 4/4 shift system: Work 4 days (10 hours/day), followed by 4 days off. Be prepared to work across various shifts, including: 6:00-16:00, 7:00-17:00, 8:00-18:00, 10:00-20:00, 12:00-22:00, 14:00-00:00, 15:00-01:00 and 16:00-02:00.
- Shift premiums variable depending on the shift, and double remuneration for Sunday work - paid on the first inactivity day.
