At our leading biotechnology company, your journey starts with in-depth training, giving you the foundations of aseptic (germ-free) techniques and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). You’ll learn the essential procedures that set the standard for safe, high-quality biomanufacturing.
After training, you’ll become part of our dynamic Operations team. Working closely with operators and team leaders, you’ll carry out aseptic and manual production processes with precision, following proven procedures that ensure patient safety and product quality.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Supporting aseptic and manual production processes
- Working in a cleanroom laboratory environment
- Executing production steps in controlled areas (grade A/B/C/D), such as spiking, media changes, cell culture, and freezing therapeutic products
- Inspecting, maintaining, and managing equipment
- Performing thorough cleaning and disinfection of materials
- Assisting with transitions between production zones
- Ensuring patients receive safe, high-quality therapies on time
Profil
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and a passion to make a difference in the lives of patients.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to learn and grow in advanced biomanufacturing.
- You have a relevant 'graduaat' or a bachelor’s degree and are eager to embark on your professional career."
- You like structure and order, are very accurate and are willing to work in an aseptic environment with appropriate sterile clothing.
- You’re excited to work with cutting-edge equipment and technologies.
- You have clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
- You enjoy teamwork, have a good eye for detail and the ability to follow procedures.
- You are flexible and willing to work in a shifts.
- You are enthousiastic about working in the unique regime of 4 days on, 4 days off.

- Excellent work-life balance thanks to the 4/4 shift system: Work 4 days (10 hours/day), followed by 4 days off. Be prepared to work across various shifts, including: 6:00-16:00, 7:00-17:00, 8:00-18:00, 10:00-20:00, 12:00-22:00, 14:00-00:00, 15:00-01:00 and 16:00-02:00.
- Shift premiums variable depending on the shift, and double remuneration for Sunday work - paid on the first inactivity day.
