Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with fellow operators and team leaders to execute the daily aseptic and manual production processes according to strictly defined actions and standard procedures.
- Inspect and maintain the equipment utilized, meticulously clean and disinfect materials, and ensure proper transfer between various production zones.
- Support the drafting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and associated documents, including batch records, work files, checklists, and procedures related to routine production documentation.
- Communicate clearly with the Supervisor and Operational Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to report on production status or any issues concerning safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Contribute to ensuring that patients can begin their therapy on time with a high-quality product.
Profil
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a minimum A2 degree, with a maximum bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, laboratory techniques, chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields.
- Prioritizes cleanliness and order, with a keen eye for details.
- Is enthusiastic, precise, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Is eager to undertake training related to development, quality, and precision in work.
- Has experience working in a cleaning role or sterile environment ( Cleanroom / grades A-D/ gowning )
- Possesses computer skills (Outlook/MS Teams, creating and saving documents in PDF format).
- Communicates comfortably in English, both verbally and in writing.

- Attractive salary and meal vouchers worth €7 per workday.
- Flexible shift system (4 days on, 4 days off) across seven different shifts* (from 6:00 to 2:00). *As the exact shift placement cannot be predicted, comfort with all seven shifts is required: 6:00-16:00, 7:00-17:00, 8:00-18:00, 10:00-20:00, 12:00-22:00, 14:00-12:00, and 16:00-2:00.
