Biopharmaceutical warehouse associate

Responsibilities:
- Handling sensitive biological materials (e.g., blood bags, viral vectors) in a controlled temperature environment – precision and responsibility are key.
- Careful verification and documentation of inventory – compliance, approvals, quality control, all according to strict procedures.
- Managing materials stored under cryogenic conditions – working with top-level technology.
- Completing MIC control forms for received materials – unloading, temperature monitoring, integrity checks, and documentation.
- Documenting all processes in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GDP (Good Distribution Practice) standards.
- Working closely with the operations and quality departments – supporting production and laboratory teams in a modern facility.
- Working in a cleanroom environment with the use of specialized protective clothing.
- Operating ERP systems (SAP) – managing picking, receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
- Collaborating with the accounting department, suppliers, and other teams – optimizing processes together.
Profil
- You have a secondary or bachelor education diploma.
- You have experience in warehouse operations (experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is a plus).
- You are meticulous, responsible, and capable of working independently.
- You have strong skills in documentation and form completion.
- You can work effectively in a team and communicate across departments.
- You enjoy analyzing, problem-solving, and taking a thoughtful approach to work.
- You have a very good command of English or Dutch.
