Your responsibilities

  • Prepare Purchase Orders, and proceed receiving and invoicing 
  • Process technical reports towards official issuance acc. to our internal process 
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations
  • Establish guidelines and procedures 
  • Actively propose and implement cost reduction and efficiency ideas 
  • Support the team’s digitalization processes 
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. 
  • Support internal and external communication with stakeholders. 
  • Assist in organizing events, workshops, and team activities. 

Profil

Your profile

  • Proven experience as administrative assistant 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Rigorous and self-disciplined
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Flemish and French are a plus.
  • A very good knowledge of Excel is required (advanced formulas, pivot table...), and powerBI. A good command of powerApp is a plus.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
